Explanation
The Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan recommends the creation of a anti-displacement strategy to meet housing needs and help mitigate vulnerable residents and businesses from displacement. Staff has engaged a consultant to help develop an anti-displacement strategy with input from the NEST Commission and community. The committee will receive an overview of the draft anti-displacement strategy, and develop next steps for finalizing the strategy.
