11/21/2023 - I received the following concerns from their legal dept. They want answers to the questions prior to reviewing any of the documents.
* ? We will require the right to stop access during any of our events and limit access to only paid attendees.
* ? We will require to be compensated/reimbursed for labor our other expenses incurred in securing the property on event dates (approx 30 - 50 event days per year at this time)
