A. Approve unit price contracts with the following companies for engineering services for an initial term of three years:

- Dewberry Engineers, Inc.,
- ESP Associates, Inc.,
- Hazen and Sawyer, P.C.,
- HDR Engineering, Inc. of the Carolinas,
- Labella Associates, P.C.,
- Land Design, Inc.,
- NV5 Engineers and Consultants, Inc.,
- STV Engineers, Inc., and
B. Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for up to two, one-year terms with possible price adjustments and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ These contracts will provide engineering analysis and design services for storm drainage improvement projects ranging from single-property repairs to area-based drainage solutions.
§ On August 16, 2021, the City issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ); 21 responses were received.
§ The companies selected are the best qualified firms to meet the City’s needs on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualification of professional services in response to the RFQ requirements.
§ Annual aggregate expenditures are estimated to be $5,000,000.
