Explanation
§ This project will replace approximately 7,700 linear feet of storm drainage pipe and associated sanitary sewer, paving, curb and gutter, and driveways.
§ The project area is located in the Irwin Creek watershed with boundaries of Beatties Ford Road to the west, Gilbert Street to the north, Interstate 77 to the east, and St. Luke Street to the south, in Council District 2.
§ On June 13, 2019, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; seven bids were received.
§ Nassiri Development, LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by fourth quarter 2021.
