Explanation
§ The City regularly contracts for landscape maintenance services at City-owned facilities and properties.
§ On September 4, 2018, a Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued for multiple City-owned areas, including the CATS Corridor Light Rail Transit South (Council District 3). Three proposals were received.
§ Taylor’s Landscaping Service, Inc. best meets the City’s needs in terms of qualifications, experience, cost and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
§ Work is anticipated to begin March 1, 2019.
