Explanation
§ On November 13, 2017, City Council approved a $253,203 developer appropriation from Atherton Mills, LLC for the installation of a traffic signal on mast arms at the intersection of South Boulevard and McDonald Avenue (Council Districts 1 and 3).
§ The City exclusively uses Duke Energy for the installation of mast arms on City streets because Duke Energy is responsible for all future maintenance to the mast arms.
§ This amount is full payment for the Duke Energy installation of mast arms at this location.
§ Installation is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2019.
