Explanation
§ Concourse C was opened as part of the new terminal in 1982, and was expanded in the late 1980s. Some of the original finishes and equipment are still in place and require updating.
§ The Concourse C Renovation project will include new ceiling systems and lighting, heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment, fire sprinklers, a generator, wall finishes, terrazzo flooring in the passenger circulation areas, and the renovation of all restrooms.
§ On June 18, 2018, the City issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
§ Edison Foard Construction Services, Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by second quarter 2020.
