Explanation
§ This project will address failing storm drainage systems along Ingleside Drive between Archdale Drive and Keeling Place, in Council District 6.
§ The project work includes installation of approximately 550 linear feet of drainage system, as well as incidental sidewalk, curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, fencing, paving, and utility relocation.
§ On July 19, 2018, the City issued an Invitation to Bid; seven bids were received.
§ Sonny Development LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by second quarter of 2019.
