§ The rating process includes the collection of roadway asset information and a condition assessment of each City-maintained pavement segment.
§ Data Transfer Solutions has a contract awarded through Houston-Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program which offers competitively obtained contracts to public agencies nationwide for asset data collection services.
