Explanation
§ This presentation will update City Council on the recommendation of the Environment Committee to adopt the Sustainable and Resilient Charlotte Resolution.
§ This presentation will include information about the technical content of the Resolution, which was referred to the Environment Committee for further policy discussion in November 2017.
§ The presentation will also cover the outline of the Strategic Energy Action Plan, which will be discussed by the Environment Committee in the fall.
Future Action
City Council will be asked to consider adopting a resolution in support of a Sustainable and Resilient Charlotte by 2050 on June 25, 2018.
