Explanation:
§ On March 26, 2018, City Council approved a 60-day extension to the General Development Agreement with Scaleybark Partners, LLC to extend the development completion obligations to the end of May.
§ This presentation will update City Council on the negotiations that have taken place with the developer, including the proposed restated terms of the development agreement.
Future Action:
Council action will be requested at the May 30, 2018, business meeting to review and approve the amended and restated development agreements.
