Action
Action:
A. Award a contract in the amount of $3,320,011.25 to the lowest responsive bidder OnSite Development, LLC for pavement repair, parking lot repair and resurfacing, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to approve up to three renewals in the amount stated above, plus or minus possible price adjustments based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index, and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ This contract will provide asphalt resurfacing and pavement repairs where required for Charlotte Water projects.
§ On March 16, 2018, the City issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Pavement Repair, Parking Lot Repair, and Resurfacing; one bid was received from an interested service provider. On April 19, 2018, the ITB was re-issued; one bid was received from an interested service provider.
§ On April 19, 2018, the City of Charlotte re-issued an Invitation to Bid; OnSite Development, LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
