Explanation
§ The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) provides security screening services for the traveling public at airports and requires onsite offices for staff.
§ The current lease provides office space in the Airport Terminal and other airport properties.
§ Under this amendment, TSA will retain 5,257 square feet of space in the Old Terminal, and will occupy a total of 8,155 square feet of office space in the Passenger Terminal.
§ The annual value of the lease is $509,209.35, for a total value of $2,546,046.75 over the five-year term.
