Explanation
§ The Aviation Department uses planning consultation services for master, airfield, terminal, landside, environmental, noise, and land use planning efforts.
§ On March 23, 2017, the City issued a Request for Qualifications; 13 proposals were received from interested service providers.
§ RS&H, Landrum & Brown, GS&P/NC PC, and Ricondo & Associates best meet the City’s needs in terms of qualifications and experience.
§ Pricing for these services will be based on the size and nature of the project.
§ Total estimated contract expenditures for all contracts over the three-year term is $3,500,000.
