Explanation
* The Aviation Department uses a Terminal Passenger Flow Analysis Solution to provide passengers with real-time checkpoint wait times via website and mobile application and airport stakeholders with live crowd-flow maps and analytics for checkpoints, B and C concourses, and the Federal Inspection Station (FIS) primary area for better crowd-flow management.
* This contract will provide for crowd flow monitoring services, including annual licensing, support, and sensor hardware replacement.

By aggregating common needs, all agencies can leverage economies of scale, such as volume discounts, improved terms and conditions, reduced administrative costs, and access to professional and technical expertise.
* Annual expenditures are estimated to be $233,000.
