Explanation

In June 2025, the city issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing Trust Fund Affordable Housing Development Support. The deadline for developers to submit responses to the RFP was July 25, 2025. Staff will preview the development proposals and funding recommendations that will be presented to full Council.
