A. Approve a unit price contract with Wotco, Inc. to provide shop tools and equipment for an initial term of one year, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for up to four, one-year terms with possible price adjustments and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ General Services’ Fleet Management Division requires a qualified vendor to provide shop tools and equipment for the repair and maintenance of the city’s fleet.
§ On May 1, 2024, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; five responses were received.
§ Wotco, Inc. was selected as the lowest, responsive responsible bidder.
§ At renewal, price adjustments may be considered based on legitimate and justified increases in the cost of doing business. The ability to consider price adjustments also allows the city to accept decreases, if warranted.
§ Annual expenditures are estimated to be $300,000.
