Explanation
• On February 3, 2026, the Mayor asked the Committee to consider what enhancements are needed to the Affordable Housing Funding Policy to better integrate affordable housing investments with the goals of the Mobility Plan to mitigate displacement pressures. The Committee will finalize policy recommendations for advancement to full Council for consideration.
