Explanation
* These contracts ensure mobility infrastructure is constructed to city standards, protecting public investments while advancing a safe, connected, equitable, sustainable, prosperous, and innovative transportation network for Charlotte.
* These task order contracts will be used by staff to provide construction engineering inspection, utility coordination, and utility relocation services for various mobility infrastructure projects to supplement our existing staff to meet the increased capital delivery demands.
* On May 6, 2026, the city issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ); 10 responses were received.

* At renewal, potential price adjustments may be considered based on legitimate and justified increases in the cost of doing business. The ability to consider price adjustments also allows the city to accept decreases, if warranted.
