Explanation

§                     The Committee discussed preliminary recommendations to optimize the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) to support great neighborhoods and Council goals at its December 5, 2022 meeting. Staff has refined the recommendations based on Committee feedback and will provide an update to Committee.
