Explanation
• The Affordable Housing Funding Policy includes a targeted investment category to support administration and evaluation. Staff will provide an update on three research and evaluation efforts supported through the 2024 Affordable Housing Bond, including analysis of administrative and resident-level data, resident experience and longitudinal outcomes, and the performance of housing programs including down payment assistance, housing rehabilitation, and emergency repair. This work strengthens the city’s understanding of investment outcomes and can inform future housing policy, funding, and program decisions.
