Explanation
* This project will construct intersection improvements at Arrowood Road and Whitehall Commons Center Drive to enhance mobility and safety in Council District 3.
* Improvements include installation of a new traffic signal, pedestrian signals, roadway widenings, curb ramps, and crosswalks.
* On March 10, 2026, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; five bids were received.
* DOT Construction, Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
* The project is anticipated to be complete by the first quarter of 2028.
