Unified Development Ordinance
Action
§ The Planning, Design and Development staff will review several topics of the Draft Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to be discussed by Council.
§ Staff will provide Council with recommendations for changes on these topics to acquire Council feedback on these proposed changes in advance of the next draft of the UDO expected late May. This will assist in the continued conversation toward a summer 2022 Council UDO adoption.
