A. Approve a contract in the amount of $2,348,497.80 to the lowest responsive bidder Zoladz Construction for the Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Project K, and

B. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
* The contract is part of an ongoing program to provide repairs and/or improvements to storm drainage systems.
* The contract will address storm drainage systems at:
* 1401 Terissa Drive (Council District 2)
* 4026 Oakwood Road Drive (Council District 2)
* 6301 Randy Drive (Council District 5)
* The work includes grading, storm drainage, water/sanitary sewer, asphalt paving, guardrail, and curb and gutter.
* On June 12, 2024, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
* Zoladz Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
* The project is anticipated to be complete by first quarter 2026.
