A. Approve a unit price contract with AERO BridgeWorks, Inc. for the purchase and installation of Aircraft Gate Equipment for a term of 923 days, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ This project will provide for the manufacture or purchase and installation of Aircraft Gate Equipment, including Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs), Fixed Walkways, Pre-Conditioned (PC) Air Units, and Ground Power Units (GPUs).
§ The contract will provide for an estimated 19 PBBs, 500 linear feet of Fixed Walkways, six PC Air Units, and 23 GPUs.
§ On May 29, 2024, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; one bid was received.
§ AERO BridgeWorks, Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ This project is primarily funded by a $27 million Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act grant under the competitive Airport Terminals Program.
§ Total expenditures are estimated to be $34,263,125.
