Explanation
* Public hearings to obtain community input are required prior to City Council taking action on annexation requests.
* A petition has been received from the owners of this 37.040-acre property, east of Interstate 485 along the southeast side of North Tryon Street in northeastern Mecklenburg County.
* The property is owned by Meck29 APT, LLC.
* The site is currently vacant and zoned R-12MF(CD) (multi-family residential, conditional).
