B. Adopt an ordinance with an effective date of June 22, 2026, designating the property known as the “Dilworth Methodist Church South” (parcel identification number 121-053-01) as a historic landmark.

§ The city has received a recommendation from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC) to designate the Dilworth Methodist Church South as a local historic landmark.
