Explanation
• The city has a rolling Land Acquisition Request for Proposals (RFP) to support developer acquisition of land for affordable housing in Transit-Oriented Development areas. The rolling RFP allows the city to evaluate proposals on a rolling basis as market opportunities arise, and allows developers to be responsive to quickly changing market conditions. The Committee will review a proposal to acquire land at Five Points along the Gold Line in Council District 2.
