Explanation
• On June 30, 2026, Mayor Lyles referred a Minimum Housing Code policy item to the Committee. The referral asks the Committee to determine if any applicable Minimum Housing Code ordinance changes and/or policy recommendations to include the requirement to provide air conditioning should be made to Council for consideration. The Committee will continue its discussion of this item.
