Adopt an ordinance with an effective date of September 28, 2026, designating the properties known as the “Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemeteries #1 and #2” (parcel identification numbers 085-115-06 and 091-081-09) as historic landmarks.

Explanation
The city has received a recommendation from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC) to designate the Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemeteries #1 and #2 as local historic landmarks.
