A. Approve a contract in the amount of $917,855.25 to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder Onsite Development LLC for the Faulconbridge Road 5749 Storm Drainage Improvement Project, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ This project will replace and rehabilitate aging infrastructure across and adjacent to Falstaff Drive, Ganymede Place, and Faulconbridge Road in Council District 5.
§ The work includes grading, storm drainage, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving.
§ On May 4, 2026, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; three bids were received.
§ Onsite Development LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by the second quarter of 2027.
