Explanation
In December 2024, the city issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing Trust Fund Affordable Housing Development Support. The deadline for developers to submit responses to the RFP was January 30, 2026. Staff will provide an overview of the development proposals and the evaluation process. Staff recommendations for funding will be presented to City Council on April 13, 2026.
