Explanation
• On April 5, 2024, the Mayor referred an Affordable Housing policy item to the Committee concerning balancing multiple affordable housing priorities to more strategically align community needs to available city resources. The referral asks that the Committee develop recommendations for creating investment goals across affordable housing categories to help direct city housing investments of local funding sources. This topic will be introduced to the Committee along with a proposed timeline for consideration.
