Explanation
§ On November 3, 2026, Mayor Harrington made a referral to the committee to determine how the city should participate in the development of the Final Community Benefits Plan and oversee its implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
§ The committee charge includes:
o Reviewing the selection and appointment process for the joint working group,
o Guide the working group in the development of a proposed Final Community Benefits Plan including recommendations regarding implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and
o Oversee the city’s participation in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Final Community Benefits Plan and the community benefits commitments established under the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Action: Committee to vote on the selection and appointment process for the joint working group
