- STV Incorporated
- The John R McAdams Company Inc.
B. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contracts consistent with the purpose for which the contracts were approved.

Explanation
§ The city uses engineering contracts for a variety of services on transportation projects.
§ The scopes of work may include but are not limited to feasibility studies, planning, design, and preparation of construction documents for various transportation projects.
§ On October 8, 2021, the city issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ); 33 submittals were received. Ten firms were selected for miscellaneous engineering services.
§ The firms selected are the best qualified to meet the city’s needs based on demonstrated competence and qualification of professional services in response to the RFQ requirements.
§ Total annual expenditures are estimated to be $1,440,000.
Charlotte Business INClusion
The city negotiates participation after the firms are selected for this services contract (Part C: Section 2.1(h) of the Charlotte Business INClusion Policy). Each of the firms listed have identified MWSBE firms to participate as project scopes are defined and committed 10.00% of the total contract amount to the following certified firms:
