Explanation
§ This project will reduce flooding and improve aging infrastructure adjacent to Lawton Road along Worth Place in Council District 2.
§ Construction will include grading, storm drainage, asphalt paving, and curb and gutter.
§ On June 20, 2024, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
§ Zoladz Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by fourth quarter 2025.

§ The low bid of $3,920,582.46 submitted by Nassiri Development LLC. was found not responsive and non-responsible due to a mathematically unbalanced bid and for failing to meet the CBI Good Faith Efforts requirements.
