Explanation
§ Twelve appointments for a two-year partial term or four-year term beginning December 15, 2025, and ending on a date to be determined.
- Three appointments made must be based upon the recommendation of an entity that represents the business interest of the county:
§ Two recommended from the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance
§ One recommended from the Foundation for the Carolinas
- One appointment must be an individual that has experience owning or operating a small business, and
- At least one appointment for an active user of the CATS systems
