§ Last month committee discussed the “state of the economy” and Charlotte’s rise in office vacancy. Staff will begin discussions on effective strategies to navigate these issues. Discussions will center around the recent Charlotte Center City Partners vintage office design competition and potential projects that can work to ensure Uptown (and employment centers) vibrancy and vitality.
