Explanation
§ This project will address aging storm drainage systems along Folger Drive in the Lansdowne Neighborhood in Council District 6.
§ This project will replace approximately 1,750 linear feet of storm drainage pipe and associated sanitary sewer, water main, paving, curb, gutter, and driveways.
§ On August 20, 2019, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; five bids were received.
§ Zoladz Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ The project is anticipated to be complete by fourth quarter 2020.
