A. Approve a unit price contract with Blythe Construction, Inc. for ramp snow removal services for an initial term of three years, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for up to two, one-year terms with possible price adjustments and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ This contract will provide services to assist with the removal of snow from the air carrier ramp.
§ On April 1, 2019, the city issued a Request for Proposals (RFP); one response was received.
§ Blythe Construction, Inc. best meets the city’s needs in terms of qualifications, experience, cost, and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
§ Annual expenditures are estimated to be $266,666.
§ This activity is occurring on airport property, located in Council District 3.
