Action:
A. Approve a unit price contract to the lowest responsive bidder Accredited Lock Supply for the purchase of locks, cylinders, and key system parts for a term of three years, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for up to two, one-year terms with possible price adjustments and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ Locks, cylinders, and key system parts ensure security to restricted areas at various locations throughout the Airport, as well as numerous city-owned buildings and facilities.
§ On April 26, 2019, the city issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
§ Accredited Lock Supply was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
§ Annual expenditures are estimated to be $214,939.
