A. Approve a contract in the amount of $1,998,595 to the lowest responsive bidder Onsite Development, LLC for the Storm Water Repair and Improvement Fiscal Year 2019-B project, and
B. Approve a contract in the amount of $4,013,146 to the lowest responsive bidder Onsite Development, LLC for the Storm Water Repair and Improvement Fiscal Year 2019-C project.

Explanation
§ These contracts are part of an ongoing program to provide repairs and/or improvements to storm drainage systems. Each request is investigated and prioritized based on the severity of potential public/private property flooding and/or property damage.
Action A
§ Projects are limited to repairs on City-maintained drainage systems.
§ Approximately 50 projects may be constructed within a contract term that may not exceed 18 months. The number of projects may vary depending on the nature and extent of the repairs constructed.
§ On December 21, 2018, the City issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
§ Onsite Development, LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
Action B
§ Approximately 30 projects may be constructed within a contract term that may not exceed 18 months. The number of projects may vary depending on the nature and extent of the repairs constructed.
§ On December 4, 2018, the City issued an Invitation to Bid; four bids were received.
§ Onsite Development, LLC was selected as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
