A. Approve a contract with Rolling Greens, Inc. for interior landscape services for a term of three years, and
B. Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for up to two, one-year terms with possible price adjustments and to amend the contract consistent with the purpose for which the contract was approved.

Explanation
§ The Aviation Department contracts for the maintenance and care of the trees and plants in the Airport’s passenger terminal.
§ On August 9, 2018, the City issued a Request for Proposals (RFP); two proposals were received.
§ Rolling Greens, Inc. best meets the City’s needs in terms of qualifications, experience, cost, and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
§ Annual expenditures are estimated to be $55,800.
§ This activity is occurring on airport property (Council District 3).
